Regular weekly calls established between Medway/SHA/CfH (2pm Mondays)
A number of escalations to CfH have been ongoing, these have been managed jointly Medway and SHA. Summary of issues:
The new consent model is not formally documented in detail, key areas vague
The existing iSoft Synergy build reflects the original consent model i.e. do nothing / opt out / opt in for enhanced record
Certain key CfH project documentation is yet to be released
iSoft engagement yet to be to acceptable level
CfH have agreed to meet at SHA level to address the above
CfH have agreed to send a clinician to present to Medway (forum to be agreed)
Order placed for iSoft `upload order' via GP SoC Schedule A (Sue Wanstall)
Detailed planning underway for iSoft readiness, preparing GP Practice engagement
RA planning ongoing with MedOCC to issue smartcards and identify RBAC

Problems / RISKS / Issues for Attention
The new consent model is not officially documented in detail by CfH, we do not
have the clarity required to engage locally with clear messages to clinicians
The iSoft SCR build is based on the original consent model, this does not match
our new assumed consent model
