Dear Foi Officer,
Only some of the papers are on the CLAE Web site. Some have been
wrongly identified as being confidential. This is a nonsense. The
provisions related to data that the CLAE (LGO's) can regard as
confidential is contained in the 1974 Local Government Act.
Please provide copies of all the papers not published.
